⚫︎カセット制作を安心サポート・プロ仕様機器で量産体制
メジャーやメーカー・インディーズレーベル御用達のカセットテープ制作をワンストップサービスで提供。初めてカセットテープを作られる方にもご安心いただけるよう対応いたします。デュプリケーションから磁気テープ挿入・ジャケット及びレーベル印刷・パッケージングを全て国内で行う｢Made in Japan｣です。

オープンリール状磁気テープに業務用デュプリケータで音源を一括記録後、カセット本体に磁気テープを巻き込みます。よって、10分・30分・60分など既製のブランクカセットテープへのダビングではなく、カセット本体内部へ記録済テープを一本づつ全自動で巻き込み、｢ミュージックテープ｣の量産を行っております。

これにより、最後に無音部分が残らない商品に仕上がり、音楽グレードの｢ノーマルポジションテープ｣を最適化して使用することにより、アナログならではのサウンド再現にご好評をいただいております。

Reliable support and mass production system
We offer a one-stop service for cassette tape production for major and independent labels as well as everybody. We also provide support for those who are making cassette tapes for the first time. We handle everything from duplication to magnetic tape insertion, jacket and label printing, and packaging all in Japan. After recording with a professional duplicator, the pre-recorded magnetic tape is wound directly onto the cassette shell. Therefore, instead of dubbing to ready-made blank cassette of 10, 30, or 60 minutes, we mass-produce “music tapes” by recording the master in batches onto open-reel tapes called pancakes, and then winding the newly recorded tapes one by one inside the cassette shell in a fully automated manner. This results in a brand new product that has no excess silent tape at the end, and the use of optimized normal tape for music grade has been well received for its analog sound reproduction.

ソリッドな不透明色・複数タイプの透明色・ラメや蛍光色など、約100色のバリエーション豊富な在庫を数万本有しております。 スタンダードカラーは2-3週間の通常進行で製造(大ロットや在庫不足の場合でも数週間で対応)。また、ジャケット・レーベルなど印刷物、パッケージにも様々な仕様をご用意しており、お問い合わせから納品までワンストップでサポートさせていただきます。

お急ぎの案件には、本体カラーと仕様は限定されますが、7-10営業日で製造可能なEXPRESS(お急ぎ格安)仕様をご用意しております。また、環境や気候変動の問題にも取り組んでおり、カセット本体をリサイクル素材で製造した地球環境にやさしいエコ仕様もご提案しております。

カラーバリュエーション豊富なスタンダードカラーのカセット本体・ケース、磁気テープ、本体プリントのインク類は、EU(欧州連合)が定めた「特定の有害物質の使用を制限するRoHS指令 (Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances)」に準拠しており、対象化学物質の含有量は閾値未満です。

Changing the cassette shell color can dramatically change the product’s image!
We stock over several thousands of cassette shells in a wide variety of hundreds of colors, including solid opaque, transparent, glitter, fluorescent, etc. Standard specifications can be delivered in 2-3 weeks. We also offer a variety of specifications for jackets, labels, and other printed materials, as well as for packaging, and provide comprehensive support from inquiry to delivery. For urgent projects, we offer an “Express Colors” that can be delivered in about 10 business days. In addition to the usual plastic material, we also offer an “Environment-Friendly” version in which the cassette shell is made of recycled material. Our standard-color cassette shells and cases, magnetic tapes, and body printing inks, available in a wide range of colors, comply with the EU’s Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive. The content of the specified chemical substances is below the threshold levels.

最低数量50本からの小ロットに加えて十万本超えの実績もあり、リリースのスケジュールやご要望には柔軟に対応させていただきます。さらにご指定場所への納品や分納、海外発送も承ります。また｢カセットを買っても聴く再生機が無い｣とのお声を受け、オリジナルデザインがプリント可能な「カセットプレーヤー」も50台から製造可能です。

Flexible support from small lots to large orders
In addition to small lots (MOQ 50 pieces), we have a track record of producing over one hundred thousand units per single order and will be flexible to your release schedule and requests. We can also ship to a specified location or overseas. In response to customers who say, “Even if I buy cassettes, I don’t have a player to listen to them,” we also manufacture “cassette players” with original designs that can be printed on them, starting from 50 units.

For those who are making cassettes for the first time or would like to check the colors, we have samples on display at our head office in Shibuya-city, where we can explain the process while showing you various colors, printing samples, and production examples (Advanced reservation required).In addition, customers who have placed an order with us can visit our manufacturing plant in Sagamihara-city (Advanced reservation required) to make level adjustments with the plant engineer, including measures to prevent distortion (test tape production fee required).The service is available only on weekdays (except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) and requires scheduling and advance procedures.
