② We will send you a quotation, notes, instructions for submission and a response to your questions by e-mail.

* We will provide easy-to-understand explanations for those who are making cassette tapes for the first time.
* Minimum quantity 50 pieces (thereafter available in increments of 1 piece).

WHAT TO PREPARE

WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING.

* We are constantly updating the version of the template. Please download and use the latest version. 
* Masters should be provided in WAV or AIFF files with a uniform sampling rate of 44.1 kHz and a bit depth of 16 bits.
* Please make sure to check the terms and conditions for submitting your order in advance.


●IN CASE OF REPEAT ORDERS

Please submit only the Order Form again (Track List is not required).
* Re-submission of master and artwork is also not required.

ORDERING & DATA SUBMISSION

YOU CAN PLACE THE ORDER ONLINE, OR BY EMAILING A PDF FORM.

●ONLINE SUGMISSION (RECOMMENDED)

STEP 1 UPLOAD

③ Output sample (artwork)
→ Upload items ① to ③ above to online storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, firestorage, etc.).

STEP 2 INPUT

→ Fill in the required information and paste the download URL you uploaded above in the “Remarks” field.

STEP 3 SUBMIT

→ Send and complete order/submission (you will receive an automatic reply email)

* There is a “Remarks” section on both the order form and track list, but you can attach it to either side.
* If you will submit the data at a later date, or if you need to resubmit the data due to corrections, you may send the download URL in a separate email attachment.

① We will send you the final estimate and/or invoice as email attachments.
→ Mass production will begin after we confirm your payment.
② We will send you a PDF image proof (free of charge) as an email attachment.
→ Printing will begin after you approve the proof.

After downloading and filling out each form, upload these forms, master and artwork files to an online storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) and send the form and download URL together as an email attachment.

PAYMENT

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE AS AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT.

* In principle, we will begin production after confirming payment in advance (except for invoice payment for corporate contracts).

●BANK TRANSFER

We will provide details on the invoice.
* Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
* Please let us know in advance if the name of the payee is different.

* If you need a receipt, please request us. We will issue it by email attachment.

② We will send you a separate e-mail for credit card.

⑤ Payment will be completed upon confirmation.


●INVOICE (CORPORATE AGREEMENTS ONLY)

This is a service for corporations that issue invoices at the end of each month for payment by the due date.
We will make a judgment based on our credit criteria, and a “Basic Transaction Agreement” will be signed and made available to you.
* Required documents: New supplier registration form (or basic transaction agreement)
* Payment due: Closing at the end of each month, paid at the end of the following month
* We offer comprehensive basic transaction agreements and confidentiality agreements for corporate contracts. Please contact us for more information.

LEAD TIME & DELIVERY

* We will start manufacturing after we confirm the submission of the order form and track list, complete data submission, and payment.

●EXPRESS SHELL COLORS


EXPRESS shells limited to 5 colors, applicable to 500 items or less

Lead time: 7 to 10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

Example – requested date of delivery is by 7/31

 7/17 : Submission of order & data
 7/22 : Proof confirmation
 7/29 : Product shipping

* Additional days may be needed for re-submission of master or/and design data.


●STANDARD & RECYCLED SHELL COLORS


You can choose from a total of approximately 100 shell colors. ▶︎LIST

Lead time: 10 to 15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

Example – requested date of delivery is by 7/31

 7/10 : Submission of order & data
 7/17 : Proof confirmation
 7/29 : Product shipping

* Additional days may be needed for or large orders of 500 or more items and re-submission of master or/and design data.


●RUSH PRODUCTION OPTION

* We will shorten the delivery time for standard and recycled color specifications.
* Additional charges will vary depending on the desired delivery date and order specifications.
* We will do our best to accommodate your request, but there may be times when it is difficult to arrange a date.


●DELIVERY TO NATIONWIDE

* After packing in a special box, the product will be delivered in double packaging, inserted into a thicker cardboard box.
* We will select a shipping company according to specifications and delivery destination.
* Our estimate includes shipping costs for one delivery address at the main island in Japan. Nationwide shipping is available.


●TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS OR OVERSEAS
* We can also deliver to distribution warehouses, event facilities, live venues, and other specified destinations, or deliver to multiple locations.
* If you wish to deliver to multiple locations or overseas, we can do so for an additional shipping fee.
