株式会社Side-Bクリエーションズ(以下、総称として｢弊社｣といいます。)では、お客様が安心してご利用いただけるようお客様からお預かりする個人情報をお客様の大切な資産であると認識し、その保管利用にあたって次に示す方針に基づいて個人情報の保護に努めせさせていただきます。
１．弊社での個人情報とは、カセットテープ製作その他をご依頼にいただくお客様個人を識別できる（メールアドレス / 氏名 / 郵便番号 / 住所 / 電話番号など）すべての情報を「個人情報」とさせていただきます。
２．弊社へ情報を送信をしていただくにあたり、お客様のご了承いただいた上で適切な範囲の個人情報を登録していただきます。ただし、ご記入いただけない場合または誤ったご記入がなされた場合は、迅速かつ正確な返信を行う事が出来かねます。
３．弊社で個人情報の管理利用および提供に従事する者は、法令の規定および規定に従ってお客様の個人情報について厳重に管理を実施し、個人情報への不当なアクセス、漏洩、紛失および改ざんなどが起きないよう個人情報の秘密保持に十分な注意を払いその業務に努めさせていただきます。
４．お客様の個人情報の利用については、下記の場合に使用させていただきます。
(１)郵送宅配便などによる情報および商品の送付
(２)サービスの正確な提供
(３)確認のための電話連絡
(４)お客様の個人情報を統計的に集計、分析し個人を識別、特定できない形態に加工した統計データを作成する場合
５．お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報は、弊社が前記で記述した業務の目的を達成するために、適切な契約と委託先管理のもとで必要な業務委託をする場合を除いて正当な理由のある場合を除き、その他の第三者にも提供いたしません。ここでいう「正当な理由」とは、お客様ご自身により承諾を得た場合や警察などの事件捜査に関わる情報開示の依頼があった場合を示させていただきます。
６．弊社がお客様から自己の情報について開示、確認、訂正および削除などを求められた場合は、合理的な期間内に対応させていただきます。
７．弊社は、お客様の個人情報の保護に関して本方針を実施するとともに、個人情報の取り扱いに関する法令その他の規範を遵守し、継続的に本方針を見直し改善させていただきます。

Side-B Creations Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that personal information entrusted to the Company by customers is an important asset for customers to use the Company’s services with peace of mind.
1. We define “personal information” as any information that can be used to identify an individual customer (e-mail address, name, zip code, address, telephone number, etc.) who requests cassette tape production or other services.
2. When submitting information to us, we ask for your permission to register the appropriate amount of personal information. However, we will not be able to reply to you promptly or accurately if you do not provide us with this information, or if you provide us with incorrect information.
3. All persons engaged in the management, use, and provision of personal information at the Company shall strictly manage the personal information of customers in accordance with legal provisions and regulations, and shall take all due care to maintain the confidentiality of personal information to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or falsification of personal information. We will not disclose, leak, lose, or falsify personal information.
4. The Company will use customers’ personal information in the following cases
(1) Sending information and products by mail courier service, etc.
(2) Accurate provision of services
(3) To contact you by telephone for confirmation
(4) When we compile and analyze your personal information statistically to create statistical data in a form that does not allow us to identify or specify you.
5. Personal information provided by customers will not be provided to any other third party, except in cases where there is a legitimate reason to do so, except in cases where the Company outsources necessary operations under appropriate contracts and contractor management in order to achieve the business objectives described in the above. The term “justifiable reason” here refers to cases in which we have received consent by the customer himself/herself or when we are requested to disclose information in connection with a case investigation by the police or other authorities.
6. If we are requested by a customer to disclose, verify, correct, or delete his/her own information, we will respond to such request within a reasonable period of time.
7. We will implement this policy with respect to the protection of your personal information, comply with laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information, and continuously review and improve this policy.
